“Absolutely wonderful house, my family of 9 so enjoyed our time here. The kids played Crockett, fished, roasted marshmallows, and the whole family really enjoyed the plethora of board games.”

“All the comforts of home in a private, peaceful setting! We really enjoyed our stay and found the cabin to be very cozy and comfortable with plenty of space/seating! The small details like condiments, coffee creamer, smores supplies and popcorn was really thoughtful and much appreciated! Even a few dog treats for our furry kids! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the location was perfect for enjoying travelers rest and the nearby parks. Would love to come back in the fall! ”

“Well stocked, functional place for our stay. Beautiful forested views and multiple decks to get some fresh air. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots/pans to work with - one of the better stocked kitchens I've stayed in.”

“The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. Everything we needed was supplied. Specifics were labled. Plenty of room. Friendly animals. Will definitely try……

“Short trip with extended family (8 people)! Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible. Great ping pong table! Plenty of parking. Very nice deck. Minimal furnishings. Two TV for entire house. For the price we had higher expectations for this property! Some things that could have greatly improved our stay:- more seating: for a house that sleeps 15 there was minimal seating in the main living and dining areas. - cleanliness: on arrival lots of dog hair and dried food……

“We had 4 adults and 3 children aged 9-11, and had a great time hanging at the creek and the house for a long weekend. While the house is in a secluded area as mentioned, there are houses very close on either side. The hot tub and game room was a nice bonus, as well as the deep creek which was great for swimming and fishing in. You will need to bring most food supplies with you as there are no close grocery stores and not much as far as restaurants go. Overall, it was a great time and very close……
