“Haley was outstanding. In fact She was the reason we stayed! I incorrectly chose the wrong room and had no clue until i went to check-in. When asked if they had other options to for me, And someone in the back, said "no" quickly. I went outside to look for other hotels when Haley waived me back inside. She let me know that she had double checked to confirm other options and in-fact, one was left . She saved the day, got me a room. And I made to an important business conference with much less……

“I was so nervous about my stay in California, mostly worried about safety/location/busy-ness of things. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! Ventura was not the busy/crazy I thought it would be. The location and hotel were great! Literal 10 min walk to the beach, they kept the property very clean, actively outside cleaning up the parking lot, pool area. “ I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.”
