“Though the motel was older, it was the cleanest room I have been in. Loves the ear plugs they provided for truck noise but ended up not needing. ”

“We brought two boats with us. The road coming in was a little rough but if you go from Hawns Bridge Rd and Trough Creek Valley Rd it is ok. The house was wonderful! Very clean! The fire pit was great! Kitchen had everything you needed. We will definitely stay here again”

“We enjoyed this home during a long and rainy weekend! Every room was beautifully decorated and conveniently organized. We cooked a couple meals in the bright kitchen - absolutely everything you need is there! The fire pit area was lovely, and we were lucky enough to use it upon our arrival between the raindrops! Wood and lighter supplied, as well as additional chairs. Close to great hiking and, of course, Raystown Lake. Very comfortable beds, and throw blankets available in the living room……

“Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot……

“Beautiful property. Ony challenges were that the address was not provided in the check in email so had to reach out for that. And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience”
