“Very friendly staff at check in. we loved being able to have our Dogs with us. this location is both right on the river and walk able to all the restaurants and shops in town. ”

“My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. ”

Our dogs love the property as well. The house has all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need for any cooking you want to do. We will definitely be back to the property. ”

The details on this historic home were beautiful. Decor was very fun and fitting. Appliances all worked great and the outdoor space was wonderful for sitting and relaxing. The location is right near parks, stores (including multiple grocery stores) and downtown Sebastopol! ”
