“Beautiful view of Bodega Bay! ”

“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “Front desk clerk was wonderful, he was friendly and helpful. He recommended places to eat. Keep in mind most are closed during the week. We got coffee and breakfast at Bohemian Market, had lunch at Howard Station Cafe. We had a pizza and salad at Union Hotel. We wanted to try Negris and Hazel but both were too busy on a Sunday. Beds were soft and comfortable. The pool was too cold to use but it was a nice place to sit. If you’re adventurous I’d recommend the zipline course two miles away. ”

“My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. ”
