“What a pleasant surprise! They've preserved the exterior look of a times gone by roadside motel. The room was recently renovated, clean and nicely decorated. Some thought went into making sure that everything was provided. Large room with enough space for the two twin beds and a sofa. Convenient place to stay away from the more expensive beach area of Cocoa Beach. Staff was super friendly and called to make sure we would be welcomed on arrival.”

“Loved the property. Was amazed there was another bedroom in the back with with 2 queen beds n bunkbeds. Loved how private it was because of the high fence. ”

“This place is in a fantastic location, close to beautiful nature walks, stunning beaches, Kennedy space center and incredible space launches. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves the outdoors and wants easy access to all that Titusville has to offer. The house has everything you would need to feel like home. The only minor downside is that it's near a busy street, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience. We spent great 5 weeks away from cold Ohio winter there! ”

“Our 1st family trip away for the Holiday's. The house was decorated for Christmas, just enough decorations, it was lovely. Every rooms theme was nicely put together. Very clean for a pet friendly place. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I reached out for a coffee drip pot, not the keurig. New coffee pot was delivered with filters and coffee. Everything was wonderful, pool area, property, loved all the plants. I would recommend a water filtration system for the property, since it's on a well.……
