“A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived. The home was very clean a few things that cut our eye……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. ”

“The house and the location were fabulous! It was perfect for our excursions off Rt 13. The Host was helpful and gracious. We definitely plan to stay there again!”

“We had the best first time in Cape Charles! Our house as my 17 year old said was like the house the movie the Notebook! Tucked away on a quiet street and o secluded. House was clean. Hosts were so responsive when we had a quick question. While it wasn’t on the beach it took no time to get to the beach the brewery and the grocery store. We had so much fun. We are looking at coming back next summer and almost 100 percent sure to this house. Might be our new favorite vacation house!”

“We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well. As well appointed clean close to everything and the secret of getting a golf cart to drive around made it even better Will definitely do it again next year ”

“We truly enjoyed the house, it was decorated very nicely, had comfortable furniture, the kitchen was great, and everything was updated and clean. Other than a snafu with the property manager on the door codes that caused us an issue accessing the house, this was a great place to stay! ”

“We loved our stay at Lil Miss Clementine. The golf cart was a huge hit for our 6 and 8 year olds. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the whole time and used the golf cart to get to/from the beach and to/from dinner each evening. The house is conveniently located and well-equipped with everything you need- even small Tupperware, which was great for packing beach snacks. We had a a wonderful trip and hope to return in the future. ”
