“Silver Sands Resort – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Silver Sands Resort. The rooms were immaculately clean—truly some of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The staff was absolutely wonderful: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. While the property is older, it’s very well maintained and has a charming, nostalgic feel that adds to its appeal. Everything was in great working order, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. “They have a cookout area, a nice place to enjoy being outside and relax. The rooms could use at least one more electrical outlet. Makes it difficult to run microwave or charge phone. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'm sure I'll call on them again ”

“Nice home, newly remodeled kitchen and main floor bath. Good location, in a quiet residential area, short walk to downtown and beach. Very comfortable, well stocked with everything a family of four needed. The host, Nicki, was super responsive, and got back to us almost immediately anytime we contacted her. Strongly recommend, we had a great week.”

“This is one of those places you want to keep a secret but it’s too special not to share. Finding a rental on this stretch of Lake Michigan that is furnished nicely, well appointed and without a million stairs to the beach is not easy, but this home checks all the boxes. Gorgeous views from almost all the rooms. And Juli was very helpful and responsive. Pro tip- well water can have a funny taste/smell so bring extra bottled water. Everything else you may need is there!”

“Nice overall and fire pit area is good. Outside table and chairs get dirt easily but that’s just due to the trees and birds. We would stay here again. ”

“This home worked perfectly for our family. Lots of parking, extremely close to the dunes, and not far from Mears/Hart. A great location! Home was clean, even though it was sparse. Just the bare necessities. A large TV in the living room. My only suggestion would be to have a lamp in the bedrooms.”
