The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful view outside and very quiet to sit out and enjoy coffee. ”

“For the high cost of this rental we expected a lot more. All houses were dirty, especially the floors. Air conditioning was non-functional, attempt was made by the manager to supply bulky noisy floor air conditioners. One bedroom had futon mattresses on a wobbly bunk bed frame. The "attic" bedroom with five beds had nails sticking out into the living space. It was also open to one of the bedrooms below. The temperature in this space was over 90 degrees. The door leading to the main deck……
