“Wow I had one of the worst experiences at a motel 6 . I’m currently in remission with cancer not feeling well . There was a problem with my booking . The reservation was made under my married name . For some reason under the app it showed my maiden name . There was a glitch with the app and the lady then Said I didn’t pay for the room . I couldn’t believe how this person was treating me after I had already stayed here 2 previous nights . I almost felt like this lady was trying to get me out ”
