“Had no issues. I stayed during the fourth so it was loud but other than that everything was great!”

“We stayed for our 6th year wedding anniversary. Quaint and cozy space, it was a delight to just unwind Highly recommend leaving the windows open as the constant roar of the river is so calming. Great cooking space, as it was open and made the place feel more spacious. Hot tub is grand.”

“Roomy enough for 4 adults & 2 kids with comfy beds/mattresses. Utilized the grill, hot tub, sauna, firepit, & gazebo — all were great to have available. Big sideyard (property is on oversized lot) & deck were nice outdoor spaces. River setting & easterly mountain view are beautiful and peaceful. ”

“Nice property, could use some TLC on a few items. Couch and love seat are showing lots of wear. Welcome book talks about the hot tub and its functionality. Was non-functional, but to be clear was not listed as an amenity. The A/C is a portable unit, on a sunny day struggles to keep up. Multiple box fans help but noisy. Listing implies access to the river that was assumed to be from the property. This is not the case. Access is from either end of the main rod through the community. Not a deal……
