“It’s affordable. Rooms are big. The floor is pretty old. The pool is very small and in the basement. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is just okay, not many options. The location is good, close to the casino and some good restaurants. ”

“The staff there was really good. We had a problem with the room when we came back the night and they replaced it with a different room so you were happy about that. They were having problems with the keys for the doors.”

“This property couldn't have been any cleaner and the staff could not have been any more kind and professional. I needed a late checkout, that was easy. My room was so clean and the bed, was one you never want to get out of. Breakfast was yummy and healthy. The property was beautiful. Snacks on sale incase you get hungry in the middle of the night. Easy check in. Clean nice pool. First time staying and I was impressed and thats not easy for me. Way to go Ramada! Thank you for a 5 star stay!”

“In general, that's quite within the standard. But the room does not have the refrigerator and the elevator is old. The location is good, right in front of west farm mall, convenient for shopping.”

“The attitude of the boss is rubbish. The bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. I asked the boss to get another set of duvet covers and change them myself. He was still unwilling. He actually said that he would not change the bed sheets.”
