“It was very clean ”

“We stayed 5 nights at Shipyard resort which was wonderful. The checkin process and resort facilities were excellent and included bikes and a thoughtful list of provisions for the property, beach towels etc. so would recommend the property. However, they took a deposit on checkin which they said would be released at the end of our stay so not impressed when they charged me on the checkout day. Once home, I had to call them 3 times and sent 2 emails to the manager asking for a refund which were……

“Condo was just as described and just a short walk from the beach, also very clean!”

“The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach, a long walk or short drive. Close to several restaurants. It was plenty of room for our group of 5. It should NOT be limited to 6 people. It could easily sleep 7-8 people. We could’ve used a few more wash clothes and towels. The front door knob needs to be replaced. It was stocked with the general “hotel” type supplies. We stayed 3 nights and I only needed to buy some liquid hand soap and bath wash. Toilet tissue, paper towels, dish……

“We visited the end of April. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great location. Would stay here again if we have the opportunity. Owner was great to work with and answered any questions promptly. ”

“Spent a few days in Hilton Head with my adult son. Great condo building with two pools & easy access to a gorgeous beach. The view from the condo was a plus. Plenty of parking & the unit came with 2 parking passes. Location was ideal to walk to restaurants & grocery stores were a short drive away. Really appreciated the beach chairs & beach umbrella. ”

“ok but communication needs a lot of improvement”

“Great location & condo was nice. Check in process very easy & owners are responsive. Only negative thing I have to say is the A/C would constantly kick back to 77 degrees. ”
