“Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?”

“Inflexible in handling things. No consideration for guests. The breakfast space is too small. Too many diners to enjoy breakfast”

“We were on our way to Ft Lauderdale for a cruise and wanted somewhere within 2-3 hrs of port to stay the night prior. Melbourne looked a good location and this hotel was reasonably priced, close to bars and restaurants (we'd only be there one night, we weren't bothered about it being a resort hotel).”

“The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The egg and sausage are tasty and better than the ones we had in Hyatt House. ”

“This is an older property. Not the Hampton Inn we are used to but still nice. Would stay there again.”

“The place is very clean, the room was very updated. Super quite and has beautiful sunrise, We have some issue with The ceiling fan on our room not working. But not a big deal as we open the windows and back sliding door and the sea provide a very nice breeze. And the sound of wave on the shore. We let the staff know about the fan when we left.”

“Great boutique hotel with a friendly staff and great location! We loved that everything was close and quaint. Will try to upgrade to the 2 bedroom for our next visit! ”
