“We loved staying in Kihei. The location is perfect and the complex was nice. The check-in could have been smoother as the reservation desk didn't even have our docs ready, but the property managers were very quick to respond to my question when I texted them. The condo was ok and could use some updating, but was fine. The kitchen was dated, but was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The condo was not perfectly clean, but not terrible either. I would consider staying here again as……

“We really enjoyed our stay a this apartment. It was very spacious for our family of three and could have easily accommodated a larger group. The place is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay including all necessary kitchen equipment and beach gear.It was also spotlessly clean.The only thing that was unfortunate was communication with the leasing company - My Perfect Stays. It seemed like we were handled by 25 different people each of whom offered conflicting information. It felt……

“Freshly renovated, this studio in Kihei is right across the street from one of the many beaches in Kihei with one of the most stunning sunsets. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler). There is also a great pool and jacuzzi area with 2 big BBQs for cooking meals. Communication with hosts have been top notch. I would definitely come back!”

“The property tho old, it was kept clean and semi updated. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath had a small 110 a/c unit in the living, dining and kitchen area and nothing in the bedroom. Had to call and get a fan for the bedroom and they couldn’t bring it until the next day. We had to go to Walmart and buy one. Had to sleep with window open and it was still hot with 2 fans blowing. Had to request and pay for any housekeeping. No washer or dryer in the rooms but was on the same floor. Had to pay and wash towels……
