“I am a sucker for older, well maintained homes with character. This home delivered! Loved the vibe. It felt like stepping into a Time Machine. Also loved the Japan / Frank Lloyd Wright inspired layout/design. Interesting influences but it works! Floor to ceiling windows and long hallways make this home feel truly unique. Very comfortable living spaces. Plenty of room for a family of five (in fact we ended up not even using one of the bedrooms). Entire family slept well. No complaints about the……

“The inside was sparkling clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back patio was spacious and shady. The only things we found we needed were an extra dish towel (there was only 1) and a dustpan\, both minor things. The owner Chris was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had before we checked in. All eight of us enjoyed our stay very much.”

“The pictures are accurate of the property. The apartment was very clean, and has a minimalist look and feel inside. The price was great. Check-in was super easy. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet. Additionally, I was one of the first people to rent this particular listing and because I was here for 2 months, I started to come across additional things I thought the place needed for long-term renters.
