“I am a sucker for older, well maintained homes with character. This home delivered! Loved the vibe. It felt like stepping into a Time Machine. Also loved the Japan / Frank Lloyd Wright inspired layout/design. Interesting influences but it works! Floor to ceiling windows and long hallways make this home feel truly unique. Very comfortable living spaces. Plenty of room for a family of five (in fact we ended up not even using one of the bedrooms). Entire family slept well. No complaints about the……

“The pictures are accurate of the property. The apartment was very clean, and has a minimalist look and feel inside. The price was great. Check-in was super easy. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet. Additionally, I was one of the first people to rent this particular listing and because I was here for 2 months, I started to come across additional things I thought the place needed for long-term renters. After reaching out to the owner, I found them to be very responsive. They ordered items……

“The area the apartment was in was in a perfect area. Now for the apartment... The apartment is very outdated and nothing special, older appliances, no toaster, no coffee pot, slim options for cooking pans, doors coming off the hinges. 1 bedroom door doesnt even completely close. Newer windows. Every piece of furniture if from amazon, the couch was junk and very uncomfortable. The internet hardly worked it was always going off and on. Theres neighbors that will feed the rats so there is a rat……
