“This is a lovely, private, unique and beautiful rental home. All the outdoor porches are wonderful and you feel like you’re just sitting up in the trees. Cute furnishings, well stocked and the home was very clean. It’s an excellent location right in between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Susan was very responsive and extremely helpful and very kind. We definitely plan to come back!”

“The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.”

“The property overall was great, the location right on the beach was perfect. The playground area was run down and rusted. I wish there were more basic amenities, like dishwashing detergent and more towels. We were a family of 7 and had to reuse towels all week, even with the main bathroom getting soaking wet because there wasn't a shower curtain. The other shower didn't have a shower head at all. Needs updates but otherwise it was a good house. ”
