“I would have rated this hotel 3 stars, or OK, but it was comfortable and clean. Now I see why "clean" is the most-liked aspect of this hotel; it is a little worn. The breakfast is adequate, as are the rooms. But I needed a budget hotel, and this was a safe, quiet, reasonably comfortable place to overnight for a graduation.”

“We stayed for one night to watch our niece graduate from Virginia Tech, and were so happy to pay for an early check in and drop our bags. Our check in was smooth and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After the graduation and celebration we came back to our room about 12:30 am and were locked out of our room! My key worked, but the bar that blocks the door from the inside was engaged.
