“This was an excellent property. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast provided was very nice with fresh fruits, cereals, and a very nice hot bar. Very nicely situated close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent, attentive and courteous. “The hotel is under renovations so no pool at the time we were there, which wasn't an issue for us but could've been had we planned on that amenity. The gentleman on staff was very pleasant. The room was clean.”

“House was very clean, and very homey. Saw quite a few eagles off the dock which was amazing. They would even perch on the tree above the dock.Plenty of wildlife to be seen in the area. Panfish all around to dock to catch. Fire pit was also enjoyed very much. Very peaceful & quiet area. Can’t wait to return. Very nice cabin. One of the best I’ve stayed in.”

“We stayed for our daughter’s 12th Birthday. Kate had the home decorated & stocked with goodies to celebrate. The home is beautiful, clean, and full of things to do inside & outdoors. Kate is a wonderful host and goes above & beyond! We can’t wait to stay again in the summertime! ”

“Loved this clean lake with more bird traffic than boats!!! Wished we didn't have to leave!! Being close to Eagle River with all the amenities was a bonus! ”

“The location is a perfect distance tucked back in the woods, but also just 15 min away from town. The cabin was cozy and just right for 2 adults. The ceiling in the loft is a bit low and the staircase is pretty narrow, so smaller people would be more comfortable. The wood burning stove to heat the house was a bit of a challenge to get going, but once we did, it made the cabin nice and toasty! We found that when the wood burning stove got going, we literally had hundreds of flies in the loft……

“Took a short trip with my mom and her pup to this wonderful location. The wildlife viewing opportunity in early summer is amazing from the dock. Every morining we woke up to the birds singing and fresh air. ”
