There were beautiful views of the snowy landscape and a majestic sunrise directly from the large windows which lead out to the front porch. The wood burning stove kept us warm and cozy. “A wonderful place to stay that's an hour east of Montpelier and half an hour south of St Johnsbury. It's the entire 2nd floor, and it's enormous with a very large open space living room & kitchen. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. My wife and I loved it, with the small caveat that the bathroom will be problematic for you if you're tall. I'm just over 6'2" and the ceiling slopes downward, so I ended up hitting my head twice. That being said, we would 100% love to stay here again and hope……
