“Clean,staff friendly”

“I left in the morning around 8 and when I returned they had my door wide open and had already cleaned the room even though I replied to message that I'd be checking out at 11. Other then that we enjoyed the stay and the bed was surprisingly comfortable and room was nice overall.”

“Easy check in and friendly staff. Dislike that it seems to be a stay for folks that use it for a gathering without considering those that need the rest. Tossing cigarette butts and spitting hockers of the second floor (disgusting) !”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the bathroom. The food was great. My son loved making his own waffle. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to UNA! ”

“ Breakfast was not good, no slippers or anything to brush teeth.”

“Our stay was good. The only thing bad I can say is the shower floor was very slippery. I had to put a hand towel in it to stand on. I have both knees replaced and was very uncomfortable in it so was my husband.”
