“Rooms were clean and personal was very polite and friendly. The only downside the pool was closed but when we made our reservation we knew about this. I'm pretty sure when they are done with the renovations on the pool area will make it 10 times better ”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”

“We had a most enjoyable stay here, the staff at the front desk, the staff on the floor with towels and all else were terrific and Billy in the breakfast dining area was amazing! The breakfast offered was the best we have ever experienced and we have traveled much! Would highly recommend!”
