“Enjoyed the the space and cleanliness of the suite. Breakfast could be better. It is a lovely hotel and should serve hot breakfast such as eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes. Breakfast was mostly continental with the option of having breakfast sandwiches heated up. For a hotel that nice, a hot breakfast would measure up. ”

“It was perfect for our first time in Lake Tahoe. Very quiet area perfect to relax. FYI House has a lot of stairs to go to the rooms it has 3 floors 4 if you count where the pool and sauna are located.”

“This property was amazing!! It had plenty of space for our friends and family and our fur babies! The host was quick to communicate and was very helpful throughout the entire stay! Being a short drive to the beach and other parts of south shore was a huge bonus as well! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! ”

“We really enjoyed the home & especially the excellent proximity to dining, shopping, casinos, event centers. Home was very clean & comfortable, great kitchen amenities to cook. Excellent communication throughout. Our kids enjoyed the layout & separate spaces. Our only suggestion for improvement would be an outdoor hot tub! ”

“Do not book this house or with Evolve in general. I got a notice that this house canceled my stay 14 minutes after we were supposed to be checking in due to water damage. We were stuck in a parking lot with people from all over the country wondering what to do. Every time I called Evolve I would get a new representative who couldn’t put me in touch with the last one. None of them were helpful. I contacted the owner of the home who stopped responding when I asked for photos of the water damage. I……
