“The beds were comfortable. The room was adequate for what we needed for one night. The restaurant on the premises was convenient, excellent Mexican food. The downside...my nine-year old wanted to swim. The pool and hot tub were freezing. The pool needs major maintenance and should just be shut down and not advertised. The paint was chipping. Just gross.”

“I will never use Hotels.com again as I reserved 2 rooms and when I arrived hotels.com had only sent confirmation to the hotel for 1 room and will not refund the money I paid for the 2nd room on my reservation. “The hotel is a good value. We stayed there when it was new about 20 years ago and it looked like there had been an update in between. The bed was good, but not as soft as I like. There is a pool and hot tub, but we did not use them due to time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.”

“Check in was easy. Location was convenient for work. Staff was friendly and polite. Not high end or fancy but good bed, hot shower, safe location, and clean. I would stay here again. ”

“It was an older motel but rooms remodeled. It had a second floor but no elevator. That made it very hard for us going to the room and going down. I have bad knees but we did ok. The overall stay was ok. ”

“Nice little motel next to a nice restaurant. For the price point it was sufficient and quiet. The staff was friendly. Will stay there again if we are in Carroll. One note - the sign advertises "hot breakfast" with pictures of eggs and sausages. You need to tell the front desk that you want the hot breakfast ahead of time, or only a continental one will be available. The staff told me not enough people eat the hot food and it goes to waste at great expense, so they are now serving it upon……
