“For our families July 4th getaway I booked two rooms. My wife & I enjoyed one room. Our daughter, son-in-law two grandsons along with their Golden Retriever enjoyed an adjoining room. Having a long list of requests I thought it best to speak to speak to someone at the hotel. I spoke to Sierra by phone on the day the reservations were placed. Sierra answered & listened, although she couldn't promise she assured me she would do all she could to accommodate our family's requests. Upon our arrival……

The breakfast provide very nice choices! They thought of so many details to make your stay very pleasant! Staff very friendly. The only thing I can say negative is the airconditioning unit, is a little noisy and blows so hard even on low and it is directly in line with the bed, so that was a little bothersome on the……

“Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change! Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout.……
