“For our families July 4th getaway I booked two rooms. My wife & I enjoyed one room. Our daughter, son-in-law two grandsons along with their Golden Retriever enjoyed an adjoining room. Having a long list of requests I thought it best to speak to speak to someone at the hotel. I spoke to Sierra by phone on the day the reservations were placed. “This motel had a cozy, friendly feel from the time we pulled up. Check-in was quick, and our room was very comfortable. We were mostly gone during the daytime, but it felt safe when we returned from our days of exploring Door County. Nice hot shower and decent water pressure, and the cable TV worked well. “Our family of five had a fantastic first trip to Door County, and a big part of that was thanks to this wonderful cottage. The owners were communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They’ve thoughtfully included so many family-friendly amenities—from baby gear (which we didn’t need this time), to pet supplies, board games, puzzles, video games, coolers, kayaks, bikes, and more.
