“Very unique stay at a remodeled school turned hotel/ wedding venue. Rooms were nicely decorated, up to date, and super clean. Free treats upon arrival. Quiet as we were the only guests. Only negative is the milk offered for breakfast was expired and no one was around for us to let them know. Would still stay again.”

“The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback was that there were drug deals going on in the parking lot, in plain sight, from the time we checked in until we left.”

“Everything was perfect. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home itself was clean and well furnished. We had plenty of towels and linens and found the beds to be comfortable. My Granddaughter (aged 6) loved the chickens and couldn’t wait to look for eggs each day. She ate all of them herself.it was sweet watching her call them “beautiful ladies”. We would definitely book again.”

“30 minutes before trying to check in at HomeGate Hotel in Louisville, I made reservation online to speed up check in. This was well after normal check in time around 7 pm. We had a service animal with us. We were informed that there would be a $500 extra charge as well as the $100 cleaning fee. I explained that the dog is registered. The manager was very rude when I tried to explain that the ADA covers service animals without extra charges. Never got key and was told he could not refund……

“We needed a place to stay after traveling 5hrs for a wedding. This country home was perfect for my family & myself. We was able to relax in the peaceful country instead of a busy town. It was easy to find with listed address. Host was very nice and fast to respond. We recommend anyone would enjoy this place. Thanks again. ”
