“the room is great. But it may takes some time to check in.”

“Not bad for the money. The rooms heater is built into the air conditioner which was a first for me. Apon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered an upgrade to a king for only $5 more, naturally I took it. First room was nice but the plunger to the shower was rusted half open so I switched rooms. Second room was good but had its flaws. Carpets seemed very old with cigarette burns. The bed was very nice and comfortable and CLEAN!! The shower, however, seemed to have been thrown……

“Breakfast was not good, instant coffee, yuk, Apples were old, waffles were fine!”

“Room was great. Short stay, just slept here.”

“It was very clean and breakfast was good. The general manager was excellent as there was some miscommunication. He resolved the issue. I appreciated his demeanor , which was kind and I could see his goal was to give great customer service…. Much appreciated that!! ”

“At check in they noticed my wife was using a walker and changed our room without asking or telling us to a handicap accessible room. Such a big surprise. Breakfast was fantastic too. Pool is under construction at this time. Be aware. Not sure how long until it will be open”

“We were giving a room which does not have any operational refrigerator or microwave or telephone and then room was changed this room was not clean properly, human hairs stuck to the bathroom wall and pennies were scattered all over the room and bed was made carelessly or maybe not changed ”
