“Very clean and well maintained. This brand seems to want to provide a nice experience with lesser quality goods. (Towels, paper products) Unfortunately, there is no sound barrier within the building-you can hear every sound coming from the hallway and nearby rooms. They also seemed to be having a rough morning for breakfast-pancake machine wasn't working, toaster was malfunctioning, the yogurt toppings were either empty or from the previous day (rock hard brown sugar) Hopefully a one-off. “I was in town visiting family. This was a great place to stay and be close to their house. The view of the water was amazing as was the balcony room. The only downfall was for being a family type hotel, it would have been great if they had board games we could have used. They have a nice area that could be used for a Continental breakfast but only provided coffee and tea. Sometimes those little extras go a long way. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay there again. ”
