“Don't expect to check-in even 45 minutes early. I asked if I could check-in early as I arrived earlier than expected. The staff person pointed at the sign that check-in was 3 pm and told me with a short voice that I couldn't check in. ”

“Great accessible bathroom for still having a tub. Great grab bar locations and a good seat. Liked the beds but it was hard to tell if the refrigerator was working and the lights are rather dim. Only space for one suitcase and a small "closet"/hanging area. But the room has ample space with a desk and a separate chair. The breakfast is adequate, but nothing special. Although it does have a good seating area/tables. There's also food, gas, and a Walmart nearby (but not too close). ”

“The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.”
