“Was a quick overnight stay to get away for a couple days. Love Galena and this hotel was less than 5 minutes away. Room was perfect, we had a suite and hot tub was relaxing, shower had adequate water pressure and liked the containers of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good, croissants were fresh as was the eggs, sausage and potatoes. Pancakes instead of waffles was a great change from hitel waffles. Plenty of fruit and employee made sure everyone got what they needed before she shut……

“They were quick to change our room when we found that the heat didn’t work but they had the pool area closed for quite some time and each staff member had a different story as to why. I stayed at this property 9 months ago and it has gone severely downhill since.”

“Happy with location, room was clean, look like some updates have been made. Breakfast could have been decent but no staffing to help two days orange juice machine not turned on. One day pancake mix was out. Another day the bread was low and hard. Has potential just needs to be checked upon.”
