“Front desk staff was great. Very helpful. In the hustle and bustle of moving our bags to the room, my wife forgot her purse. The front desk staff safeguarded the purse until we realized it was missing and went back for it. This is an older hotel that has been updated. It is in a beautiful treeline on the edge of the Rock River. Neat pictures of local sites on the walls. Water pressure is not great. Staffing issues caused our initial checkin to be delayed.
