“Love the views and outdoor facilities ”

“Front desk staff was great. Very helpful. In the hustle and bustle of moving our bags to the room, my wife forgot her purse. The front desk staff safeguarded the purse until we realized it was missing and went back for it. This is an older hotel that has been updated. It is in a beautiful treeline on the edge of the Rock River. Neat pictures of local sites on the walls. Water pressure is not great. Staffing issues caused our initial checkin to be delayed. The included breakfast was also……

“Nice place. Had trouble getting in, but after many, many tries and contact with the manager, we did get it to open. The bottom door to go out to the hot-tub had a broken deadbolt. We ended up removing the part and covering back up to be able to get in and out the door. Quite a bit of garbage laying around the hot-tub...beer cans, etc. Generally, it was a nice open area with nice bedrooms. Cupboards and drawers were nicely stocked. ”
