“Overall it was good for what we needed and paid for. Have to find just the right position to put the curtains in so you can't be seen from outside. Ran out of towels, wash cloths, and hand hand towels the second day. People are terrible in the mornings, inconsiderate of others staying there. ”

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The pool was a slight issue. It was so full of chlorine every person in our entire group of 20+ people had a hard time breathing. The kids walked out of the pool room coughing and the scent of chlorine burned all of our eyes. The only other smaller complaint I have is that we attempted to have the breakfast (which is over priced and all the same things are free at other hotels), however, they were out of plates and none……

“Was a quick overnight stay to get away for a couple days. Love Galena and this hotel was less than 5 minutes away. Room was perfect, we had a suite and hot tub was relaxing, shower had adequate water pressure and liked the containers of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good, croissants were fresh as was the eggs, sausage and potatoes. Pancakes instead of waffles was a great change from hitel waffles. Plenty of fruit and employee made sure everyone got what they needed before she shut……
