“The atmosphere was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the service very good. The valet went out of his way to assist us when we arrived from out of town and was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The only downside to our experience was we chose to eat at The Cherry Circle Room. While this restaurant is inside the hotel it is NOT affiliated with the hotel. The service was beyond horrible, the food ordinary to bad and the menu overpriced even by Chicago standards. 2 of our……

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”
