“Nice hotel in a covenient location in downtown Chicago. Don't plan on having leftovers as there is no fridge in the room other than the prestocked one that you are charged (alot) if you even mistakenly remove something. I think there is an option to request a fridge but i did not attempt this.”

“Great except for WiFi. Cell service was non existent and WiFi did not work very well in my room. It was great otherwise. ”

“After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. ”

“The staff is very friendly and I like the rooms and the bed. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I had no soaps or shampoo in my room. I didn’t realize it until early morning when I was getting ready to get into the shower. I will still stay at this location again and would still recommend to others. ”
