“A lovely cozy cabin just perfect for relaxing. You can sit in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, hang out on the huge deck, or take a soak in the jetted tub. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pot and pans, enough cutlery, dishes, mugs and glassware. It was really nice to bring along the pup and have him feel welcomed by the hosts rather than a burden. I really appreciated the firewood on site and the local restaurant and activities recommendations too! Do be advised that this cabin……

“The cabin was great for a weekend getaway. The cabin was fully stocked and we enjoyed a nice, quiet stay at the cabin. We also explored the area with short drives to a supper club in East Dubuque and shopping in Galena. The place had everything we could want and we would definitely stay again!”

“Everything was as advertised. We did have some minor issues with the heating unit but we figured it out eventually. Also, the dishwasher did not work but we only needed it at the end of our stay. I'm sure it'll get fixed.”
