“We rented this house for a ministry leadership retreat and everyone loved it. Two of our leaders had a baby with them and the house was fully equipped with a pack and play, high chair and even a baby monitor. Wonderful, high quality place! ”

“Late review...just now realizing my initial submission never went through!! A group of us stayed here for our annual guy's trip in OCT2024 and it was amazing. Incredible house, great property, and perfect amenities for a getaway. We made great use of the firepit, kayaks, the mini beach, and available games. While we usually pick a new location for our annual trips, we plan to stay here again this year. Thanks for a great stay, and i'm truly sorry for the late review. STAY HERE...you won't……

“Was the perfect place to gather friends and family ”

“The inside of the property is fairly nice and defintley adequate for a nice getaway. However, the outside of the home needs some work. It's not falling apart, but could use cleaning, painting and a few touchups/repairs in some areas. The decks are dirty and could easily be cleaned. The house's hardie siding is faded and dirty and needs painting. The gutters need cleaning and painting and areas of the roof need to be cleaned off. I noticed these areas because I am a contractor. “This home is clean and luxurious. There was plenty of space for my party of 7. The kids loved the bunk beds. The foosball table and ping-pong table were so fun. Everything we needed was already in had at the house. The owners were communicative throughout. Absolutely recommend. ”

“Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to soon—maybe in the fall or summer!Thank you……

“Our family lives in DC and Richmond. This was a fantastic spot exactly halfway between. Everything you need right in the house and the dock. ”

“This property is not as advertised. It’s is very dirty inside and out. There were hornets nests on the chairs outside hindering us unable to use the porch. The house was not cleaned, very dirty, trash in the trash cans, floors were covered in dirt. The towels ALL had holes in them. Really not as clean and lavish as it looks. Very disappointed… pretty far from the lake, definitely. It a walking distance. We came to enjoy the lake and couldn’t with this property. I suggest you find another. Way……

“My group of buddies and I have been doing a yearly fishing trip since 2017. This house and stay has been our unanimous favorite so far. The house itself was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more than the four of us. The dock was really nice, plenty of electric to charge the boat batteries and could fit 2-4 bass boats if necessary. I even caught a few small largemouth when we were just hanging out down by the water. The access to both parts of the lake from an insanely close……
