“The house was very clean. Perfect size for our group. The pool was so nice to have. The walk to the beach was very short. There’s another public access a street over that has a ramp so we could take everything to the beach with a wagon. ”

“This is a cute little beach cottage. Perfect for my family of 4 and fur baby. ( I wasn’t aware before hand, but the house a huge dog crate & dog bowls. For me that is a good thing to know) This house was as described. Quick easy drive over to Holden beach. It was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again! ”

“This is a brand new home and it’s beautiful! We loved the location, the short walk to the beach, the huge deck area facing the beach, the pool, the kitchen which had a great variety of pots, pans, dishes (both plastic ware and ceramic/glass), lots of silverware. It has a double oven, nice 5 burner induction stove top, 2 large dishwashers that are each split into two, so 4 different loads can be running. The butler pantry is fantastic with an additional full size fridge and lots of storage space……

“Beautiful well up kept home with a short walk to the beach. There is beach access ramp 3 minutes from the house. No hassle with parking. Everything you need from day to day is there as far as cooking utensils and home entertainment. Owner is courteous and promptly responds. ”

“We were very disappointed upon arrival that the house did not look like it had been cleaned, the floors had very obviously not been swept. The upstairs bathroom had hair all over the floor, the pool furniture was dry rotted and my husband fell through the lounge. The pictures of this house clearly misrepresented what is actually here. It is a beautiful house but in dire need of some updates. Also did not appreciate the blue masking tape on items saying DO NOT TOUCH. If you feel that way they……
