“房間個人床太小了，浴室清潔度不佳，浴室推拉門很難拉感覺是壞掉了，還有shower不好用。廚房太小，而且感覺很舊，冰箱還有烤箱都很髒，唯一比較可推薦的是餐廳，有免費的茶跟咖啡可以隨時飲用，在那邊用餐，感覺不錯”

They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……
