“Our first time at this home...many wonderful attributes...i would say disappointed that "master" bedroom had double bed...and, a queen would have been wonderful in a couple bedrooms....also. the outdoor grill has rusted out so badly, that the wheel fell off.....the cleaning crew is not doing the job you would expect.....”

“Had a fantastic time. Property very close to beach but close enough to walk ! Quiet , peaceful, gated environment to relax after exploring Charlestown proper ( 15 minutes away via car ), or Folly Beach ( 5 min by car, 10 minutes walking). Heated outdoor pool and beautifully landscaped grounds.Did I mention how quiet & peaceful? Outside balconies overlook beautiful tributary from the ocean, and abundant wildlife ( birding ) to view in the marshes.Be sure to go to Folly Beach for soul cleansing……

“Somethings better, somethings not. Chico Feo better, taco Boy not.Property was as advertised. Recent renovations were well done and played well with a quirkey property. Lack of a family dining area were problematic for our family. The outdoor dining space needs a shade element, lighting and fans. Location is great, shops and restaurants are walkable with easy access to main thoroughfare. ”
