“This condo location was so convenient-a true ski in/ ski out! Elisa was very helpful in getting details ironed out before the trip and was very accommodating before and while we were in Mtn Village. The house was immaculate and really awesome! The elevator was very convenient for groceries and luggage! It was all around a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Our First Visit to Telluride was highlighted by the great experience with Alisha, the Lodge Property Manager. Alisha was great, always responded, gave great information about the property and the town. She also provided us with a great breakfast and lounging living room where we got to connect with her and other guests, downstairs in the common area. ”

“Close to shuttle area. Very nice room, a little smaller than what we anticipated, trying to accommodate 4 was quite tight u less they were small children. ”

“We stayed a week for the kids’ spring break and had a super time! Location couldn’t be better for quick access to gondola and restaurants. Bedrooms are nicely spaced out for privacy and a ‘tree house’ feel the kids loved. Lots of windows and a great view from main room. ”

“Great condo is a great location. Walkable to everything, including the gondola - short 3 min walk in ski boots. Very clean and the manager was extremely responsive and helpful. ”

“Easy check in/check out, clean, fully equipped kitchen, easy walk to chair 7, great space, would definitely stay again. ”

“The location is ideal right near Gondola and in heart of downtown. The interior was updated and good enough for our family of 4.We had a variety of issues I would call inconveniences and stemmed from Vacasa not having their management worked out.To start, the check-in process was incorrect as it told us to go to Camel Gardens to get a parking pass and Camel Gardens was annoyed and were adamant they have nothing to do with our unit.We were then told a parking pass would be in our room and it……

“Do not use this property. Alot of stairs and not handcap friendly. Poor communication with check in. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, trash not empty, no clean towels. Room was not the way it was pictured on review. Had a bacony but unable to use it. Door blocked and no chairs. I'd like a particle refund back on my fee for Sept 29-Oct 2, 2024. on my credit card for these actions. Handicap parking taken by people without proper plates or handcap cards. ”
