There are old drawers for the silverware and knives that are not on rails or guides so they want to fall when pulled only halfway out (when full of knives). The kitchen otherwise is well outfitted with a few spices and the basics for a day of coffee/tea.There could be some updated pillows for the bed/couch that seem to have been there for a very long time.Having a heater……
