“Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. ”

“My husband and I stayed in one of the subdivided rooms…huge condo where one large bedroom suite/bathroom had its own private entrance with microwave and small fridge. It was larger than I envisioned, clean with great mattress and pillows. No issues with noise, but like any stay it can depend on who your neighbors are…very great positive experience at a fair price for Telluride lodging up in Mountain Village. Great value…pool, two spas and exercise room. Would stay again…staff awesome!”

“The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed. Beautiful mountain views and close to shuttle to Mt Village. Jeff, the host, was easily accessible, friendly, and helpful. I’d stay here again for sure. Telluride is the best!”

“Behind the nice pictures are broken features in nearly every room, mismatched cheap amenities and little hospitality character. From dirty pans in the cupboards to mismatched bare bulbs in shade-less lamps. It has a good location walking distance to a lift in the winter and trails in the summer. It's a crash-pad for fun, rather than a residence. Not recommended.”

“Great final weekend before the mid season break. First snow of the season and amazing views of snow capped mountains. Hot tub in the snow was amazing. ”

“This condo location was so convenient-a true ski in/ ski out! Elisa was very helpful in getting details ironed out before the trip and was very accommodating before and while we were in Mtn Village. The house was immaculate and really awesome! The elevator was very convenient for groceries and luggage! It was all around a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent property and excellent hosts. The property was perfect for our large family, as it provided privacy along with central gathering areas. Location is perfect. We had an incident with the water, however, Peter was on it immediately and resolved the issue. Great vacation for all family members.”

“We stayed in this house with our adult children and friends and had a fabulous time. The proximity to the ski resort and town was perfect. The house was the perfect size for our group. If we had any issues the management was quick to address any of our concerns. I would suggest maybe updating some of the dinner and glassware but would 100% stay here again. ”

“The home was very nicely finished, nicely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. We had 4 separate couples which was perfect with the house that has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Telluride.”

“We were 4 couples and truly enjoyed this condo. Its location to the free gondolas was very convenient. The kitchen/living room space provided a comfortable space for hanging out. Hot tub was very nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide 2 more chairs for eating at the table, maybe 2 cushy folding chairs in the closet. We would definitely stay here again! And the Avant Stay team were extremely responsive to our questions!! Appreciated that! ”

“This house is great! We had a really nice stay here. It was super comfortable and we truly enjoyed the location near the slopes, tucked in the mountain and with quick access to Mountain Village amenities. The great room is an open space with the Kitchen, dining and living room has super high ceilings and amazing windows with view to the mountains and the forest, it’s an awesome place to spend quality time with the family. We would love to stay here again in the future!”
