“Online pictures and description painted picture of spacious 0one room condo. This is tight 2 queen hotel room. No soap in bathroom. Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle.”

“The unit itself is cute and cozy. But upon arrival there was buckets of tools and a shopvac sitting inside, some construction dirt on the floor. I messaged Kevin and the only responses i get are automated. It was annoying to say the least. I mean who wants to spend that kind of money for a romantic night and have buckets of tools sitting around?! Also multiple times in previous correspondence it mentions that its possoble to get a late check out. Well i messaged about it, and never really get a……

“Overall, we loved the experience. The location is top notch and the property is very well laid out and functional. The communication is a bit confusing, as we received messages from the host as well as community management and we did not know which was which. But we sorted that out quickly. I would definitely stay there again”
