“Very nice spacious home for family or friends. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit this area. Can walk right down to the lake from the back porch which is nice. The host was very prompt in their response when I had any questions. House came stocked with all the essentials and some. I’ve stayed a multiple different VRBO’s and this is one of my favorites. ”

“The cabin was very nice and well stocked except that it didnt have a can opener and just one skillet, but we managed. It was very close to an excellant swim area, Devil's Fork. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Great property and host! I would have loved access to a vacuum so that we could clean up better. But that is just me :) Would stay here again!”

“The property is a bit deep in the woods but just a couple minutes drive away from some places to eat and the lake. It has wifi and a good amount of space for multiple people. I wasn’t able to find the hot tub mentioned in the listing, but I didn’t ask the owners since it got late into the night before we thought to look for it. The owners are good at communicating with customers if you do have any issues though, and they left us good recommendations on local spots.”

“Took my birthday weekend to have a little adventure on the Buffalo River and found this cabin ideal. The owner was easy to communicate with and shared various recommendations that we followed and enjoyed. Will definitely stay here again”

“If you’re looking for a remote, cozy, and beautiful place away from everyone and everything, this is it! There’s a great view of the mountains from the back porch. When you open the door to the cabin, you’re greeted with the wonderful smell of fresh wood, as well as one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. I had planned on taking a scenic drive while I was there, but it was so relaxing just sitting in the rocking chair on the porch - enjoying the fresh breeze, and peace and quiet. ……

“My family and I recently enjoyed 4 nights at the Raccoon Lakehouse. This property was perfect for us. The peaceful and private setting allowed us to relax and unwind. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The best part was watching the wildlife! The squirrels, deer and raccoons kept us entertained all day. Bryan and Dan are the best hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay special. ”
