“This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled.”

“The actual home in appearance and structure was great. We had 10 people, the openness of the home and design of this 3,000 sq ft home made it look and feel like it was like 4,000 sq ft. Being on the lake and to have use of my boat made it perfect. Unfortunately where the tie ups for your boat are, also had a basketball goal for playing on the water and did tear one of my boat seats on day one. The beds were very comfortable. The smart sink in the kitchen was challenging but hopefully the feed……

“We stayed for the weekend of Crawfiah Open and had a great time at this cute little get away. Saturday morning we fished the Llano river with a short maybe 100 yard walk to the water from the front door. Property was great and as advertised!”
