“Judy is an attentive host with attention to detail. She met us at check in to show us around on her golf cart. As mentioned in the listing, there are other rental properties and homes nearby so there are other people out and about, but we had the pool to ourselves which our children enjoyed. Beautiful landscaping by the pool and we saw/heard many birds. Lake access is a short 5 minute walk. ”

She was helpful and informative, if something was wrong she was right there (hiccup with working a different tv) she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She’s a true blessing. “The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country.”
