“This was a real gem. The property and the house were immaculate Very clean and beautifully decorated Also they provided several extra ammenties from a snack basket filled with goodies to bottled water and coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our host Jason was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Only issue we had was the proximity to the lake. This property does not have a lake view and it is a 5 minute walk to get to the boathouse on the lake. ……

“We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. ”

“The location of River's Edge is perfect. Close to town but felt secluded, 30 min drive to Lake Guntersville state park. The property exceeded our expectations and hosts were great. The waterfront and dock are amazing for hanging out, fishing, boating or stargazing from the hot tub. We can’t wait to go back when the water is warm enough to swim in! ”
