“The Evergreen is an exceptional property that is still being renovated but is open for business with limited interruption. We were very pleased to see that the restaurant in the hotel is award winning but missed the opportunity to actually taste the food since they were closed while we were there. Augusta is a hard surface city with many renovations taking place. What I mean by hard surface is that many of the building are made of granite. “This was a great place to stay especially for couples. The pond is very nice with kayaks and canoes available. A fire pit and hot tub at every cabin. The site manager is great and readily available if needed. Will definitely be going back to pond and pine. ”

“This place looks exactly like the pics and we enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and peaceful! The accommodations had pretty much everything we needed! We kayaked on the pond, used the hot tub, and took a dunk in the cold plunge tub! It was a great stay!!! Highly recommended!! ”

“Fantastic location, fantastic space, every accommodation I could have asked for. Including firewood, grill , and of course the separated bungalow for just the 2 of us. We brought our own chairs and grill not know what we would be finding. Turns out having the flat top came in handy, But completely unnecessary. Even provided 2 backup propane tanks. ”

“The house is great and a good location but we all got bed bug bites from this stay. We also informed the house owner and they said we were lying and there is “no way they have them”. They aren’t health and safety aware!”

“We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep.”
